Back at the children’s home, Gabriel was quite the fighter.
He and his twin sister had been found beside a river.
He made it, but tragically his sister didn’t.

Such a contrast of emotions in this image and story. We rejoice the survival of a child while we mourn the loss of his sister. Thanks for sharing, Phoebe.
Gosh! Were they just babies when they were found? How old is Gabriel now?
Yes they were very young when they were found. He would be 4 now. 🙂
My heart goes out for him 😦 please continue taking photos and making these posts, they let us see a whole other side to the world
