Health + Inspiration

Health + Inspiration (aka HealthInspiration.org or PhoebeMD.com) was originally created in 2014 by Dr. Phoebe Chi as a medical poetry blog. Today, it serves as a platform for inspiring and informing readers through a combination of essential health information and the arts.

While the earlier content on Health + Inspiration features original poetry penned by Dr. Chi herself, Health + Inspiration now focuses on informing readers while also showcasing the talents of writers, bloggers, and poets all around the world. What you will find here is a curated mix of practical health articles, inspiring stories, and uplifting poetry—all aimed at encouraging and empowering the reader community.
