What’s YOUR Message?

If you could send one message of encouragement to the world, what would yours be?

Everyone suffers. However, what I have learned as a caregiver is that humans have a remarkable ability to hide their personal sufferings. At any one time, I may be suffering—but you wouldn’t know. At any one time, the blogger leaving the comment before yours may be struggling—but how would you know?

We live in a world where it’s become so easy to connect with one another. So if you could share a few positive words right now to someone you didn’t know who is currently undergoing hardships, what would you say?

Remember—the comments you leave are for each other as much as they are for me. So if something you read resonates with you, let that blogger know. Feel free to converse with each other and make new connections…even outside of the formal Meet & Greet.

Let’s aim to affect someone in a deeply positive way today.

  1. I have suicidal symptoms, back then and I am totally doing fine now. For those who were struggling in finding their own meaning and purpose in life, the world is so big. I’m sure, there would always be a spot for you! 😉 Nobody ever lives without a purpose. You just have to understand and know that it takes a lot of time and effort for things to make sense. ☝ And while you are searching for that, why not treat yourself right? In the way, while you are still in pain, you are also in the process of healing and who knows? Not only that it made you stronger, but in some ways, you inspire people to be stronger than yesterday. 💗

PS: I am sending a lot of virtual hugs for those who needs it the most! 😊 Keep fighting ’cause you will always matter. 💛

  2. My grandmother used to say that the pains she felt reminded her she was alive. Also, think of the person, relative, close friend, partner, and that time you laughed so hard at something together so stupid and remember how magical that moment was.

  3. Nice post dear. 😀
Treat everyone with kindness and respect to help make this world a little nicer place to live for us all because we’re all just people trying to make it throw this thing we call life. 🌹

  4. I’ve always told my clients that are feeling down in their luck that everything is temporary. Nothing is forever, so just take things one day at a time and you WILL eventually get through to the other side of things. ✌️

  5. In your darkest times, keep the faith alive. A little bit of inner strength and positive thinking can take you a long way forward. Live as long as you are alive!
Help others selflessly, in whatever little way possible. Care for others feelings and emotions.
    And enjoy your day!
Thank you Phoebe for giving me an opportunity to connect with others and I hope my words will help someone.

  6. God loves you and you are not alone! After suffering Celiac disease and Cachexia for almost the last 8 years now, I can say with all my heart that it is God’s love that carried me through and carries me through to this day. Suffering can make us feel lonely and isolated and it is so important to know that we are not alone.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” -Jesus speaking in John 3:16

    God bless you!

  7. You are beautifully, wonderfully, and exquisitely made. Those ‘suitcases’ full of stuff that get attached to you aren’t who you really are. Take a deep breath and set them down. ❤️ Whatever you’re facing, you can do this.

  8. There’s no standard of being successful and happy in this life. If the society try to make standard just to imprisoned your thought about success and happiness, break the standard!

  9. Do not live life always trying to prove to people that their wrong about you. Instead do things to prove to yourself that you are right about you💯
When things go wrong tune your optimism
It’s never too easy in life so placing your focus on positivity may just be the key to happiness even in difficult times.💚💚

  10. Sometimes you just have to take life minute by minute. No matter how rough times get there is always sunshine after the rain. Long as you keep going, and keep trying your best to stay positive, you’ll look back and realize you overcame the storm!
