“Summer vacation is a slow time…” Yes, and I am so slow at writing the stories during the days I have all the other things to do. My discipline is weak. Writing is not what I have been doing the past four weeks on “vacation” at the Ohio cottage, painting and fixing, and working. Twice I connected the computer. No TV. Weak Internet signal. So I write in my journal. BUT I do try to read the bloggers that I am able. Take a look at my memories of growing up in Chicago, or incidents occasioned by the times remembered, like the other day: painting yellow, again–just as I did on my first job. That’s a story. To be continued–or better, to soon be started.
